We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Bailey Green Jr. of Selma, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bailey Kincey Green and Anna Norris Green of Selma. He is survived by: his wife Joy Edwards Green; his daughter Katherine Kincey Green Robertson (Ryan); his grandson Townsend Kincey Robertson; his siblings, Linda Green King (Andy), Leila Green Harris (Bill) and Norris Walton Green (Cathy); and his sisters-in-law, Alice Edwards Yarbrough (Cecil) and Lee Anne Edwards Odom (Burt). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Shiloh Baptist Church and Selma Teen Challenge are invited.

“Mr. Green was my father Otis C. Green's second cousin, making him my 3rd cousin. I never remember meeting him since we live in Florida, and he in Alabama. However, I often heard my father speak of him and his father with great pride in who they were. I respect that and send condolences to his family. So nice to have family whom you can respect. I trust that I will meet them in heaven one day.”
