He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul and Era Mae Lassitter; and his sister Elaine Lassitter Potter. He is survived by: his wife Connie Jean Connell Lassitter; his children, Daniel Lassitter (Mary Ann) and Karen Lassitter Morgan (Jeff Smith); his granddaughters, CJ, Dee Anna, Regina and Ashley; and his great grandchild Caleb McDonald.
