With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allan Edgar Strand Jr. of Selma, Alabama, who passed away on July 26, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Allan Strand and Catharine Strand; his wife Anne Strand; his son Clark Strand (Perdita Finn) of Woodstock, NY; his grandchildren, Sophie and Jonah Strand; his children, Dr. Allan Strand III (Maureen Hays) of Charleston, NC and Anne Catharine (Allen Reeves) of Selma, AL; his granddaughters, Lizzie and Anne Smith Reeves; his daughter Dr. Elizabeth Strand of Knoxville, TN.; and his brother Austin Strand.
Flowers may be sent to St. Paul's Church in Selma, Alabama and donations may be offered to the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Foundation.
