He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Russell Foster and Alberta Small; and his stepfather Rudolph Small. He is survived by: his wife Kay Foster; his son Dr. Allen Foster (Penny); and his granddaughters, Taylor Grace, Maggie and Katie Foster of Auburn, Alabama..
