He is survived by: his wife Telitha Payne; his children, Tillman Payne, Kenyon Payne and Cyndi Payne Powell; his sister Juanita Haney; his nephew Todd Haney; his parents, Gene "Bulldog" Payne and Edna Clines Nichols; and his sister Norma Jean Green. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren 2 Great Grandchildren.
