She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Horton; her parents, Calvin Welden and Lucille Welden; her brothers, Wayne Rogers, Connie Rogers and Leroy Welden; her son Jeffery McCullough; her grandchildren, Bradley Davis and Ashley Smith; and her son-in-law David Mars.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Welden, Jessie McCulluogh, Carla Smith (Kenneth), Candy McCurdy and Danyell McCullough; and her brother Carlton Welden. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren; 11 Great Grandchildren.
