He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Smith and Emma Smith. He is survived by: his children, Janett Darlene Stout (Bill), Andrew Smith, Jr., Stephen Smith, Melissa Smith, Jeff Smith (Mary) and Cindy Smith; and his sister Louise Conners. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
