She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Lloyd Mathis and Opal Helen Trantham Mathis; her husband Huey P. Long; her brothers, Dalton Mathis and Hoyt Mathis; and her daughter Deannie Dansby.
She is survived by: her children, Serrena Biggs (Felton) of Pittsview, AL, Susan Long (Reginald Shumate) of Seale, AL and Thurston Long (Linda) of Pittsview, AL; her grandchildren, Krista Tillman (Will), Ashley Noss (James), Ellis Biggs (Emily), Ivy Long and Autumn Biggs; her great grandchildren, Dylan Tillman, Emma Tillman and Eli Biggs; her sisters, Leautrell Breeden, Vecoy Moreau, Judy Cerny, Linda Smith and Brenda Cathey; and her friends, Kevin Milligan, Sebastian Pepunkt and Elizabeth Letlow.
