It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mike Venable of Seale, Alabama, born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John Venable. He is survived by: his mother Ann Venable of Columbus; his wife Jill Tigner of Seale; his sons, Michael Venable (Janice) of East Point, Adam Venable (Brittany Hartman) of East Point, Christopher Riddle (Kathryn) of Columbus and Nicholas Riddle (Elizabeth) of Palmetto, Georgia; his grandchildren, Milo Venable, Finn Venable and Clara Riddle; and his brother Eric Venable of Albany.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mike's memory may be made to St. Matthew's In-the-Pines Episcopal Church, PO Box 221, Seale, 36875 and the John B. Amos Cancer Center where a memorial in his name has been established.
