She is survived by: her children, Sharon Berdeaux (Chris) of Beauregard, Lamar Caraway (Sandra) of Phenix City, James "Bo" Strickland (Lisa) of Seale, Walter Strickland (Stephanie) of Phenix City and Wesley "Wes" Strickland of Phenix City, Alabama; her siblings, Melba Jane Whitaker of Columbus, Georgia and Jerry William Whitaker; her grandchildren, Samantha (Ben), Corey of Whitley, JJ, Dalton, Clay, Christina and Wyatt; her great grandchild Lawson; and her granddaughters, Jamee Sue Reeves and Bailey Ann Reeves.
