He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D. Jowers and Elsie Mae Tillery Jowers; his wife Ruthie Jean Jones Jowers; and his sister Judy Jowers Howard. He is survived by: his sons, Henry D. "Jake" Jowers and Jason Jowers (Colleen); his sister Ramona Richardson (Jerome) of Phenix City, AL; his grandchildren, Courtlyn Jowers and Beau Jowers; his brother-in-law Tommy Howard, Sr.; and his nephews, Josh Johnson, Joey Johnson (Jessie), Tommy Howard (Stacia), Charles Wynn, Kyle Morris and Jerry Daughtry. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
