He was predeceased by: his parents, Parvin Bedwell and Beulah Enoch Bedwell; and his sister Opal Louise Carwardine. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Sue Booth Bedwell of Seale, AL; his children, Serenity Dawn Smith (Cody), Micki Jeanne Gowdy (Jeff) and Michael Starcher; and his siblings, Rebecca Barlow and Howard Bedwell (Linda). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.
