He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul Evans and Eva Nora Paulk Evans; and his siblings, Paul Eugene Evans and Laqueta Joy Evans Spencer. He is survived by: his children, Judy Bell (Tom), Maureen Newman (Jerry) and James "Bubba" Evans (Lori); his grandsons, Kyle Shavers and Brad Evans (Jamie); and his great grandchildren, Madison Evans, Mason Evans and Reed Evans. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
