He is survived by: his parent Brandy Smith (Jerry Foxworth); and his siblings, Ashley Stephenson (Thomas), Michael Sean Smith, Joshua Evans Smith, Julia Martin (Phillip) and Jessica Foxworth (Jacob Waltman). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
