She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Hill, Jr.; her daughter Mary Catherine Wells; her granddaughter Shannon Aquiningoc; and her siblings, James Clark Miller, Scottie Ray Miller and Jackie Miller.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Jean Hoover (Samuel), Vickie Louise Kern (Keith Bell), William Fred Woodrum (Rhonda) and Angela Marie Miller Cruz; her sister Shirley Fortney; and her grandchildren, Shawn G. C. Apiag of Craig, A. J, Apiag, Melissa McColley, Alice David, Dale Hoover, Amy Jones, Angela Martenson, Lorenzo Aquiningoc, Samantha Murray, Maria Kern, David Brice Turner, Charles Turner, Stuart Lee Mills-Wells, Cecelia Mills-Wells, Courtney Bishop, Chelsea Rivera, Dakota Woodrum, Christiana Harris, Leila Cruz-Lesh, Elijah Cruz-Crocker and Isabella Cruz-Crocker. She is also survived by thirty great grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
