He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Albert and Hazel Marie Chambless; and his brothers-in-law, Grady Johnston, Phillip Chandler and Randy Wilhelm.
He is survived by: his children, Misty Lewis (Ryan), Brandy Jones (Wayne "Red"), Gary Chambless (Hannah) and Taylor Chambless; his siblings, Lanny Chambless (Teresa), Larry Chambless (Janice), Rose Johnston, Annette Chandler and Leshia Wilhelm; his grandchildren, Madilyn Chambless, Connor Chambless, Brodi Chambless, Kenzli Chambless, Chloe Chambless, Micah Lewis, Makenna Lewis, Morgan Beard (Justin) and Ethan Jones (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, McKinley Jones and Willow Beard; and his close friends, Debbie Verhine, Kathy Gifford, Darryl Murphy and John Westmoreland. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
