He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Green and Myrtle Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Jayne Green; his children, Chad Green (Erin) and Melissa Fogleman (Josh); his grandchildren, Taylor, Brennan Harrell, Evie Fogleman, Gray and Luke Dixson; and his siblings, Kelly Graybill, Tim, Barry and Donald Green. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
