He is survived by: his sons, Dallas and Landon; his parents, Raymond Florence and Deb Shook; his sisters, Summer Lee, Krissy Jones (Wade) and Kelly Helton (Randall); his nieces and nephews, Jackson, Lainey Helton, Ryder Chesson, Kylie Allison and Makenna Jones; his siblings, Jena and Jon Belew; and his nephews, Tyler and Trey.
