She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Leroy Lackey; her son Rev. Sherman Lackey; her parents, Lora Bell Yates and Robert Walls; and her brothers, Wheeler, James, Earl and Robert Walls.
She is survived by: her son Winfred Lackey (Tamela); her daughter-in-law Kathy Lackey; her grandchildren, Tonya Brewer (David), Katelynn Tilley (Austin), Penny Shrader and Samantha Lackey Ruder; her great grandchildren, Harmony Meacham (Zach), Saylor Ruder (Gracie), Addison Ruder and Hannah Shrader; and her brother Kenith Wayne Walls. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
