She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Thomas; her children, Marsha Gogan, Melissa Thomas and Michael Thomas; her parents, Roy Frazier and Ruby Frazier; and her brother Ken Frazier.
She is survived by: her son Phillip Thomas (Dianne); her sister Boots Ricker; her grandchildren, Kevin Gogan (Brandy), Brooke Gogan, Alison Berryhill and Brady Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Gogan, Laci Gogan, Haley Gogan and Madelyn Berryhill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
