He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Baldwin and Delphia Baldwin; his wife Wanda Baldwin; and his sister Doris Carter (Doug). He is survived by: his brothers, Cecil Baldwin, Jr. (Suzie) and Becil Baldwin (Edna).
