He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Z. Proctor and Ethel Irene Proctor; and his brother-in-law Charles Arnold. He is survived by: his sister Janice Arnold; his nephew Michael Arnold (Marsha); and his great-niece Leeton Arnold.
