She was predeceased by: her husband Levi Thomas Womack Jr.; her parents, William Gordon Sr. and Dorothy Faye Batey; and her sisters, Linda McCain and Kathy Steele.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Clark (Wade), Amy Womack Johnson and Rachel Beth Womack; her grandchildren, Will Burrow, Autumn Coots (Cody), Ethan Clark and Madison Johnson; and her brothers, Bobby Batey (Anita) and William Batey (Joy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
