He is survived by: his wife Diane Lee; his children, Bridgett Shrader (Kelly), Shane Lee, Thomas Lee (Heather) and Chris Lee (Brianna); his grandchildren, Ryan, Nick, Ethan, Gavin, Mark and Crimson; his great grandchildren, Casey and Oakley; and his sister Opal Zilbert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
