He is survived by: his wife Louise Frazier Thomas; his children, Marsha Gogan and Phillip; his daughter-in-law Dianne Thomas; and his grandchildren, Kevin (Brandy Gogan), Brooke Gogan, Alison Berryhill and Brady Michael Thomas. He is also survived by Four Great Grandchildren, and several Nieces and Nephews.
