She is survived by: her husband Mike Carter; her daughters, Tanya Slaten (Chip), Tammy Dixson (Jason) and Teresa Guffey; her grandchildren, Bailey Lakin, Rhiley, Noah Dixson, Hannah, Shaun Walden, Brooke Beck (Grant) and Jake Slaten (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Logan Walden, Addison Beck and Allie Bordner; and her sisters, Darlene Lepley (John), Sheila Baskins (Louis) and Donna Faye Bethers.
