He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Frank Kowdis Sr.; and his stepfather Jerry Oden. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Pendergrass; his mother Betty Oden; his children, Danny Kowdis (Jessica), Ricky Kowdis (Paula), Angie Kowdis, April Lowery (Chris), Autumn Townson (Coley), Ronnie Pendergrass (Candis) and Connie Westmoreland (Zac); his grandchildren, Madison, Candice, Taylor, Quinton, Sophie, Max, Leland, Nola, Jaden, Leon, Hunter, Colt, Reese and Riggs; his siblings, Teddy Kowdis (Lisa), John "Squeak" Kowdis (Erin) and Amanda Mcglocklin (David); and his close friend Shelby Bryant (David). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
