She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Cook; her granddaughter Danielle Johnson; her brother Bobby Myers; and her parents, John Robert and Ruby Myers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Cook Johnson and Karen Cook Junior (Randy); her grandchildren, Chris Junior and Scott Junior (Andrea); her great grandchild Autumn Junior; and her sister Janie Barbee (Les). She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial donation be made to the Scottsboro First Baptist Church building fund at 215 South Andrews Street Scottsboro, Alabama 35768.
