She is survived by: her children, Joseph Altonji (Kathleen), Andrew Altonji (Stormy), Cheryl Green (Philip) and Mark Altonji (Cathy); her grandchildren, Aaron Altonji (Brandy), Elizabeth Berry (Adam), Rev. Joshua Altonji, Christina Hicks (Daniel), Dr. Samuel Altonji (Caroline Fry), Major Michael Altonji (Elizabeth), Casey Green, Hailey Altonji, Christopher Altonji (Elizabeth Ahler), Hannah Altonji and Sarah Altonji; and her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Poole (late Francis Kenneth Poole). She is also survived by great- grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 9:45 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jude Catholic Church (17205 AL-35, Scottsboro, AL 35768).
