He was predeceased by: his father Charles Ray "Friday" Maddox. He is survived by: his wife Delores Ann "GiGi" Maddox; his children, Shantel Landrum and Christopher "Nick" Maddox (Saprina); his grandchildren, Bella, Peighton and Parker; his mother Mary Catherine Lambert; and his siblings, Kathy McDonald, Judy Sullivan, Kenny Maddox, Ralph Maddox and Charles Maddox. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
