He was predeceased by: his wife Doreen Holm; his parents, August Holm and Signe Holm; and his brothers, Eric, Arnie and Frank.
He is survived by: his son Dr. Robert Holm; his daughter-in-law Kathryn; and his grandchildren, Emma, Karolina and Connor.
