He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Kimberly Schmidt (Doug), Anne Duckett (Chris) and Jackie Mayes (Ryan); his grandchildren, Christa, Trevor, Hannah, Lucas, Sam, Ivy, Micah, Tobias, Letty, Cate and Levi; and his brothers, Tim and Todd Kuzmic (Terri).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Etowah Memorial Chapel (12600 US-431, Sardis City, AL 35956). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
