He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woodrow and Margaret McKinnon Himes. He is survived by: his wife Kate Appel Himes of Sardis, AL; his children, Samuel Coleman Himes and Kinnon Himes Fisher (Pete); his grandsons, William Wilks Fisher and Charles Walker Fisher; and his sister Margaret Anne Hain Beers of Sardis, AL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the M.Bagwell. Foundation and Houston Park Church of Christ.
