It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billy Wayne Lacks of Sardis, Alabama, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Gail Lacks; and his parents, William Doyle and Estelle Lacks. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Lacks (Sandy) and Susan Gazaway (Anthony); his grandsons, Brad Lacks (Leanna), Heath Lacks and Jared Gazaway (MaryEvan); his great grandchildren, Allie Jones, Jayda Lacks and MaryEllen Gazaway; and his sister Shirley Ellis (Kenneth).
