He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Sue Plemons (Stewart) and Ralph Jackson Plemons. He is survived by: his sister Deborah Jenkins; his great-nieces, Anna Clare Phillips and Julia Catherine Phillips; his close friend Kathy Bowen; and his caregiver LeeAnne Ledbetter.
