She was predeceased by: her mother Lorene Samples. She is survived by: her father Disque Samples; her siblings, Joseph Samples, Becky Samples, William Samples (Diane) and Shawnee Rubrigi (Danny); her husband Dr. John Davis; her daughters, Jennifer Turk (Terry) and Anna Stimpson (Adam); her grandchildren, Jay Turk, Cody Turk, Josie Turk and Reed Stimpson; her nieces and nephews, Karen Major (Charlie), Suzanne Nance (Kevin), Matthew Samples (Stephanie) and Jon Ross Long (Kim); and her caregivers, Dr. Evan Johnson, Dr. Chellamuthu and Terri Patrick.
