She is survived by: her sons, Blake Smith (Penny) of Southside and Scott Smith of Arkansas; her granddaughters, Sarah Smith and Kate Smith; and her siblings, Susan Chambers, Donnie Chambers (Betty), JoAnn Young (Ronald) and Dean Chambers (Bonnie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
