He is survived by: his wife Joanne Brown Cotton; his daughter Kim Lacey Perkins (Todd) of Mobile, AL; his grandchildren, Christian Lane Perkins of Philadelphia, PA, Savannah Clarise Perkins of Madrid and Spain; his siblings, Charles Lacey (Judy) of Whistler, AL and Cheryl Lacey Sumwalt (Sam) of Covington, LA; and his daughter-in-law Angel Cotton of Daphne, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
