He was predeceased by: his mother Alma Franklin; and his wife Alice Scott Franklin. He is survived by: his son Terry Wayne Franklin (Kelli); his siblings, Johnny Wright (Rhoda), Justin Wright of Wallace, Jennifer Wilson of Brewton and Sue McCurdy of Brewton; and his grandchildren, Savannah Franklin and Cooper Franklin.
