She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Edward Pugh; her sons, Raymond Eric Pugh and Glenn Lee Pugh; her parents, Vernon Bartley and Essie Bartley; and her siblings, William O'Neil Jackson, Wilmer Earl Jackson, John Fitzgerald Jackson, Frances Elaine Frazier and Cindy Lou Warden.
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Bartley (Linda), Shirley Ann Gerhardi, Mary Sue Crabtree, Kenneth Wayne Jackson and James Paul Jackson; her sister-in-law Dorothy Jackson; her daughter-in-law Carla Pugh; her grandchildren, Hunter and Hillary Pugh; and her close friends, Shirlee and Bob Gray. She is also survived by Nephew, & Nieces; two great - grandchildren.
