He is survived by: his wife Lynn Lewis Terry; his sons, Richard Terry (Danna) and Jonathan (Jennifer); his mother-in-law Mary Lewis; his grandchildren, Cody, Caden, Makayla, Jessica, Jillian, Shannon and Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Gabby and Garrett. He is also survived by one sister; one brother; and other family and friends.
