He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Sikes and Vernell Sikes; his sister Lenell Jordan; his daughter Francis Virginia Sikes; his stepson Kyle Bradfield; and his stepgrandson Hoby Bradfield Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Mary Katherine Sikes; his siblings, Earnest Sikes (Mary), Nelson Sikes (Tannis) and Earlene Matson (Del); and his children, Randy Sikes (Susie), Jeffrey Sikes (Cheree), Robert Sikes (Lisa), Jeremy Sikes (Crystal) and Hoby Bradfield (Rusty). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and numerous loved nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Redemption Church (1251 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, AL 36571). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
