He is survived by: his wife Rose Bowman Carlisle; his children, Rick Carlisle (Ginger), Kimlyn Carlisle Spotswood (Jonathan) and Ernie Carlisle (Cheryl); his sister Patsy Brown; his grandchildren, Adam Carlisle, Evin Carlisle, Christian Carlisle, Jonathan Spotswood, Benjamin Spotswood, Jake Spotswood, Bryon Allsup and Shannon Allsup; and his great grandchildren, Sadie Higgins, Barrett Carlisle, Kennedy Carlisle, Everett Carlisle, Eli Carlisle, Max Allsup and Lukas Spotswood.
In lieu of flowers, they are requesting donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
