We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2020, at the age of 81, Conrad Ray Barnes (Saraland, Alabama), born in Bessemer, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Barnes and Annie Lou Beech; his sister Patricia Ann Hopkins (Richard); and his nephew Daniel Ray Flatt (Susan). He is survived by: his friend Carl; his son Anthony [Tony] Clarke Barnes (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Zachary Stewart Barnes and Mallory Elizabeth Barnes; his half-brother Kenneth Barnes; and his nephews, Douglas Hopkins, Scott Hopkins and Todd Hopkins (Elizabeth Holwadel).
After many close encounters coming close to death only to come back strong, it took a global pandemic and a virus called COVID-19 to take him down.
