She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Angus Toomey; her parents, Eugene Debbs Whigham and Vella Bennett Whigham; and her siblings, Eugene Whigham, Jr., William "Pete" Whigham, Bennie Ray Whigham, Gerald Wayne Whigham, Johnny Earl Whigham, Deloris Singley and Doris Baughman.
