He is survived by: his wife Louise Averitt Moore; his children, Melodie Moore Williams of Mobile, Ricky Moore of Pascagoula, MS and Billy Moore, Jr. of Saraland; his granddaughters, Christi Miller (Chris Craig) of Middletown, Delaware, Savannah Boyce (Chris) of Saraland, Leslie Miller of Tuscaloosa, AL, Katie Scarlett Findley (Alex) of Saraland and Olivia Moore of Agricola, MS; his great grandchildren, Haleigh Moore, Zoe Harris, Karsyn Wilson, Avonlea Findley, Georgia-May Craig and Murphy Miller Craig; his siblings, Jesse Moore (Pat), Lois Sirmon (Joe), Margie Smith, Patricia Beasley and Marilyn Moore (Jeff Pritchard); and also Barbara Owen (Don). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
