It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Goldie Fay Fairchild of Sand Rock, Alabama, born in Knobel, Arkansas, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Augusta "June" Fairchild; her parents, Henry Gordon and Alta Archer (Wiseman); her sisters, Opal Fairchild, Alma Hanner, Beulah Murray, Callie Prine and Delena Archer; and her great grandchild Morgan Bone.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Fairchild (Pat) of Branson, MO, Debbie Bone (Danny) of Sand Rock, AL and Kenny Fairchild (Lorri) of Heber Springs; her siblings, Collis Archer of Paragould, Kay Haller (Weldon) of Knobel and Norma Hanner (Roy) of Poplar Bluff, MO; and her grandchildren, Steve Fairchild, Jeff Fairchild, Amanda Gray, David Bone, Lori Holyfield, Kimberly Wall and Kayla Fairchild. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
