She is survived by: her husband Alvis Smith of Sand Rock; her sons, Stanley Smith (Loretta) and Kyle Smith (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Brian Smith (Jessica), Benjamin Smith, Logan Smith, Madison Smith, Rachel Routhier and Kyla Smith; her great grandchildren, Jordan Smith and Derek Smith; and her sisters, Jean Anthony and Susie Hanks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
