She was predeceased by: her husband Winston Adkison. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Howell (M. P.) and Dykes Adkison of Samson, AL; her grandchildren, Shan Sessions (Chris), Sonna Davis (Jacob), Markell Heilbron (Jim) and Dr. Jarrod Adkison; her great grandchildren, Jessie Sessions, Grayson Sessions, Jaken Davis, Palmer Heilbron and Davis Heilbron; and her sister Siberia Skinner. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.
