She is survived by: her husband Keith Hayes; her daughter Kelli Stevens (Robbie); her grandchildren, Clara Jordan (Jared), Alex Blankenship (Erin), Hannah Blankenship and Dylan Stevens (Stephanie); her sister Sandra Jerkins (Quinton); her niece Lora Johnson (Brad); and her nephew Jason Jerkins (Timra). She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
